How the Audit Pass Guarantee works
Map all required evidence
Every required evidence item within the eligible scope must be mapped in Cenaris.
Close every identified evidence gap
The platform must show no outstanding evidence gaps across the requirements covered by the guarantee.
Reach at least 80% confidence
Every required evidence item must achieve a Cenaris confidence score of at least 80%. Evidence that has not been analysed is treated as having 0% confidence.
Attend your audit
Continue operating your organisation responsibly and provide the required evidence to your auditor.
Make an eligible claim if required
Where an audit nonconformity is caused by a verified error in the Cenaris platform, rather than by your own evidence or operations, you may submit a claim under the formal terms.
What isn't included
The guarantee is tied to a verified error in the Cenaris platform, not to how your organisation operates day to day.
- Staff behaviour or failure to follow organisational processes.
- Service-delivery practices.
- Staffing, screening or workforce issues.
- Operational failures, or actions and omissions by the provider.
- Evidence that turns out to be insufficient, inaccurate or outdated, even if it was mapped and analysed.
- Evidence that was not uploaded, mapped or analysed.
- Requirements that did not satisfy the guarantee criteria.
- Matters outside Cenaris' control, or an auditor's independent judgement outside the defined scope.
