It's manual, it's repetitive, and it pulls skilled, caring people away from the work they actually trained to do.

But just like accounting and bookkeeping went through it, this industry is on the edge of its own shift from paper and spreadsheets to something smarter. And I don't think that should feel threatening; I think it's an opportunity, if we get it right.

What technology can't replace, and what it should.

That's the relationship, the judgement, the presence, all the things technology simply can't do. What it can do is take the manual compliance grind off your plate, so your people have more time and headspace for the work only they can do.
