Meet the founders

A psychologist who got tired of watching providers scramble.

Adam is a registered psychologist and health-sector leader with experience across mental health, governance, and service innovation. Drawing on first-hand experience with NDIS and healthcare compliance, he developed an Australian-purposed compliance platform to help organisations reduce complexity and strengthen audit readiness, while maintaining clinical integrity, strong governance, and practical, human-centred systems.

Natasha began her career in the health sector working as a speech therapist in London after studying Psychology. Natasha has since spent the past nine years working in SaaS, several of them embedded in the standards sector. She is driven by digital transformation that actually reaches the front line, technology that makes processes lighter, customer experiences better, and improve community outcomes.

Australian compliance, made simple.

Cenaris is Australian founded, owned and operated. A compliance platform designed to help NDIS providers and healthcare organisations meet regulatory requirements with confidence, clarity, and less administrative burden.

We created Cenaris to solve a real problem: compliance in Australia is complex, time-consuming, and constantly changing. Too often, providers are forced to juggle spreadsheets, policies, evidence folders, and audit preparation across disconnected systems. This increases risk, stress, and the chance of non-compliance.
